Where we ship

We ship worldwide. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping options and costs

Standard Shipping — FREE on every order, worldwide.

Express Shipping — available at checkout for an additional cost. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Our products are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partners. We know that's a little longer than a domestic warehouse — it's how we keep genuine mulberry silk at a fair price instead of marking it up threefold.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to become active after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection for a small additional fee. This covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something goes wrong and you've added protection, we'll replace your order at no cost to you.

Shipping Protection is optional. Without it, lost or stolen parcels are handled case by case at our discretion.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We can't predict what these will be — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll happily reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally things slow down — customs backlogs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods. We'll always tell you if we know about a delay affecting your order. Delivery estimates above are not guarantees.
